All of our products are made from the highest quality materials.  The vinyl covering of our products (1008, 1012, 1013, 1014) is made of a hypoallergenic, medical grade, certified latex-free vinyl.  Additionally, we use medical grade foam inserts and a high grade Masonite wood.

Our vinyl covered products (1008, 1012, 1013, 1014) are manufactured as one-time use or disposable.  Some customers have found a way to sterilize the unpunctured or otherwise uncompromised products, post use, with a non-heat bearing process.  We do not guarantee products that have been exposed to any type of sterilization process.

Existing customers:  Email is the preferred method for receiving purchase orders.  Our email address is customerservice@lundymedical.com  Another option is to upload purchase orders directly through our website.  If you have a verbal purchase order number, you may use the online order form on our website to complete your order.  If none of these options are available, you may call us directly at 480-473-7330.

Please provide an email and confirmation will be sent as soon as the order is processed.

We ship Federal Express and UPS.  We can bill 3rd party or prepay and add to the invoice.  If you choose the prepay and add option, it will ship UPS on our account and the charges will be added to the invoice.

We also offer expedited shipping including Worldwide Overnight, Standard Overnight, 2nd Day, 3-Day Select.  Any expedited option must be noted on the purchase order or chosen on the order form.  Please be sure to provide the account number if we are billing 3rd party.

 

Only unused items are eligible for return.  There is a 25% restocking fee that is assessed across the board for returns that are not due to product defects or our shipping error.  All returns require prior authorization.

Please contact Customer Service at 480-473-7330 ext. 2, for an RMA number within 30 days of receiving product.  Items must be in new, unused, resalable condition.  A credit memo will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned product.
